摘  要:宽量程温度探头RCP029MT主要用于机组正常及事故工况下的反应堆冷却剂(RCP)冷管温度数据指示及事故后监测系统(PAMS)的通道监测,其温度信号送至主控室。该温度探头故障失效,机组记录第二组I0。从设计、制造、运行环境和维修等方面,分析RCP029MT故障原因,并从功能等效性、安装互换性、环境相容性和规范标准一致性等方面,分析RCP029MT物项替代可行性。结果表明RCP029MT故障失效系厂家制造缺陷造成探头内部电阻丝开路的原因可能性较大,采用SP615S型号探头替代DT108型号探头的物项替代方案可行。The wide range temperature probe RCP029 MT is mainly used for cold pipe temperature data indication under normal and accident conditions and channel monitoring of the post-accident monitoring system(PAMS), and its temperature signal is sent to the main control room. When the temperature probe fails, the unit records the second group I0. This paper analyzes the failure causes of RCP029 MT from the aspects of design, manufacturing, operation environment and maintenance, and analyzes the feasibility of replacement of RCP029 MT from the aspects of functional equivalence, mounting interchangeability, environmental compatibility and consistency of specifications. The results show that the failure of RCP029 MT is probably caused by the manufacturing defects of the manufacturers, and it is feasible to replace DT108 probe with SP615 S probe.
