摘 要:为了解决3SEC004PO出口管道振动问题,依据水锤压强的计算公式,分析了含气量对有压供水管道水锤压强的影响,研究结果表明有压供水管道内含有气体会进一步增加水锤压强值,且含气量越大水锤压强升高值越大,所含气体的温度越高,水锤压强升高值越大。基于水锤理论、功能原理、动量定理以及虹吸效应具体分析了3SEC004PO出口管道振动的根本原因,并针对根本原因采取针对性的改进措施,解决了3SEC004PO出口管道振动问题。该文可供同行核电站管道专业设备维修及设备管理人员参考与借鉴。In order to solve the outlet pipe vibration of 3 SEC004 PO, according to the calculation formula of the water hammer pressure, gases volume could influence the water hammer pressure of the water supplying pipe is discussed. The results show that increasing the gases volume could also lead to the increase of the water hammer pressure. Moreover, the bigger the gases volume capacity and the gases temperature are, the higher the water hammer pressure is. Based on the water hammer theory, function theory, momentum theorem and siphon effect, the outlet pipe vibration of 3 SEC004 PO is analyzed in details, the outlet pipe vibration problems of 3 SEC004 PO is solved. This article could make reference for equipment maintenance and management personnel of other nuclear power plants.
