摘 要:电感耦合等离子质谱仪法是采用ICP技术和质谱结合在一起的分析仪器方法。在ICP-MS中,选择硼元素在质谱检测器上进行筛选,分析计算出硼元素的强度。采用电感耦合等离子质谱法测定微量硼具有分析速度快,精度高等优点,相比于常用的自动滴定仪对硼浓度的分析,同位素测量方法会更适用于核电厂的微量硼浓度测量。核电厂正常运行期间,B-10丰度会产生波动,以自然硼方法测量显然是不合适的。通过不确定度、精密度及回收率等试验,试验结果满足要求,电感耦合等离子质谱法对测定水中硼浓度准确可靠,能够准确反映系统中微量硼的含量。The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer is an instrument that combines ICP technology and mass spectrum. In ICP-MS, the researchers select boron element and measure it on the mass spectrometer, during which the intensity of the boron can be calculated. The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer is widely applied to measure trace quantities of boron due to its advantages such as short time-consuming and high accuracy for analysis. Compared with the analysis of boron concentration by common automatic titrator, the isotope measurement method will be more suitable for the measurement of trace boron concentration in nuclear power plant. During the normal operation of nuclear power plant, boron-10(B-10) abundance will fluctuate, so it is obviously inappropriate to measure it by natural boron method. Through experiments on uncertainty, precision, and recovery, the experimental results meet the requirements, which further confirm its accuracy and reliability of the application of the inductively coupled plasma source mass spectrometer to measure the amount of boron present in the sample.
