摘 要:研究了一种能同时发出多波长激光且每个波长都是单纵模的光纤激光器。该激光器包含多个由光纤及光纤器件构成的激光复合谐振腔,每个激光复合谐振腔利用掺铒光纤作为增益介质,利用光纤布拉格光栅作为波长选择元件,使其能同时发出特定波长的激光,且能通过改变激光复合谐振腔的数量调整发出的激光波长数目。每个激光复合谐振腔都由两个子谐振腔构成,通过调整两个子谐振腔的腔长差使复合谐振腔的频率间隔接近增益线宽,进而使复合谐振腔发出单纵模激光。A fiber laser that can emit multiwavelength simultaneously and each wavelength is single longitudinal mode is studied in this paper.The laser contains multiple laser composite resonators composed of optical fiber and fiber devices,each laser composite resonator uses a length of erbiumdoped fiber as the gain medium and a fiber Bragg grating as the wavelength selector,so that each laser composite resonator can emit a specific wavelength at the same time,and the number of laser wavelengths emitted from the laser can be changed by changing the number of laser composite resonators.Each laser composite resonator is composed of two subresonators,by adjusting the cavity length difference between the two subresonators,the frequency interval of the composite resonator can be equivalent to the gain linewidth,so that the composite resonator will emit single longitudinal mode laser.
