数字乡村与农业生产效率耦合协调研究

摘　　要：文章基于2011—2020年各省份数字乡村及农业生产的平衡面板数据,利用随机前沿生产函数、熵值法及耦合协调度模型对数字乡村与农业生产效率的耦合协调关系进行分析。研究发现:中国农业生产效率逐年递增;数字乡村发展正处于平稳发展阶段;数字乡村与农业技术效率的耦合协调度不断提升,并呈现“东高西低、南高北低”的空间分布特征,由“点状分布”逐步转向“片状分布”和“带状分布”。据此提出应建设优势专业区域、增强带状辐射效应、加大政策扶持力度等对策建议。Based on the balanced panel data of digital rural and agricultural production in provinces from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses stochastic frontier production function,entropy method and coupling coordination model,to analysis the coupling coordination relationship between digital countryside and agricultural production efficiency.The results show that:The technical efficiency of agricultural production in China has been increasing year by year;China's digital rural development is in a stable development stage;The coupling coordination degree of digital rural and agricultural technical efficiency is constantly improving,and presents the spatial distribution characteristics of"high in the East part of China and low in the West part of China,high in the South part of China and low in the North part of China",and gradually changes from"point distribution"to"flaky distribution"and"strip distribution".Therefore,some policy suggestions are put forward to promote the integrated development level of digital rural and agricultural production and regional balanced development by strengthening the advantageous professional regions of digital rural construction,enhancing the ribbon-like radiation effect and increasing policy support.
