摘　　要：为研究预制预装修模块化箱体(简称PPVC体系)之间连接节点的力学性能,分别设计制作了2个采用花纹钢板对结合面做刻印花纹处理的试件,对其进行直剪试验;2个竖向拼缝的拼装剪力墙对其进行轴压试验;1个水平拼缝和竖向拼缝均有的拼装剪力墙对其进行压剪试验。试验结果表明:直剪试验中,当试件达到其极限抗剪承载力时,在其结合面位置处发生突然性的剪切破坏;轴压试验中,双皮拼装剪力墙表现出以两端混凝土压碎为主的破坏特征;在压剪试验中,水平拼缝位置处出现了混凝土压碎现象,上部墙体出现滑移,下部墙体变形较小,竖向插筋在其水平拼缝结合面位置处首先达到屈服。In order to study the mechanical properties of connecting joints in the Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction(PPVC),two specimens with roughening treatment of surface indenting were designed and manufactured,and the direct shear test was used to study its shear performance;two assembled shear walls connecting horizontal modules were tested under axial compression;an assembled shear wall connecting horizontal module and vertical module was subjected to pressure-shear test.The test results showed that in the direct shear test,when the specimen reached its ultimate shear capacity,a sudden shear failure occurred at the joint surface;in the axial compression test,the assembled shear wall showed the failure characteristics of concrete crushing at both ends;and in the pressure-shear test,the concrete crushing occurred at the horizontal joint,the upper wall slid,the lower wall deformed slightly,and the plugin bar reached the yield first at the joint surface of the horizontal joint.
