摘 要:合理的建筑气密性可以使超低能耗建筑具有很好的节能效果。通过对现有文献的归纳以及软件模拟,从采暖能耗、制冷能耗两个方面分析了不同气密性条件下寒冷地区、严寒地区模型建筑的建筑能耗情况。结果表明,寒冷地区及严寒地区建筑气密性应满足ACH 50≤1.0 h^(-1),同时在此基础上寒冷地区继续提高气密性节能效果不明显;制冷季夜间开窗风量维持在2~3 h^(-1)具有较好的节能效果。Reasonable building air tightness can make ultra-low energy consumption buildings have a good energy-saving effect.Through the summarization of the existing literature and software simulation,the energy consumption of model buildings in cold and severely cold areas under different air tightness conditions is analyzed from the two aspects of heating energy consumption and cooling energy consumption.The results show that the air tightness of buildings in cold areas and severely cold areas should meet the requirement of ACH 50≤1.0 h^(-1).At the same time,on this basis,the energy saving effect of improving air tightness in cold areas is not obvious.It has a good energy saving effect to maintain the windowed air volume at 2-3 h^(-1)during the cooling season.
