摘 要:重症加强护理病房(Intensive Care Unit,简称ICU)与手术室等场所因为其特殊性,已然已成为医院交叉感染的高风险区。ICU内患者易感,而且细菌、病毒的传播往往要依附于颗粒物,颗粒物的传播同样也会伴随着细菌、病毒的传播,因此患者的康复过程需要ICU提供更为洁净的空气环境。空气传播是ICU内颗粒物传播的主要途径,为保障ICU内的空气安全,为病患康复营造一个更洁净、安全、健康的室内环境,综合现场实验测试以及CFD模拟结果,提出了在不更改ICU内既有空调系统前提下利用局部空气处理装置对室内颗粒物浓度进行源头控制的对策。结果表明,引入“局部空气处理装置”对ICU内颗粒物进行源头上控制的这种方式,可有效降低室内颗粒物浓度,实现保护患者、降低交叉感染的目的。Intensive Care Unit(ICU)and operating room have become high-risk areas of hospital cross-infection due to their particularities,and patients in the ICU are more susceptible.The spread of bacteria and viruses often depends on particulate matter,and the spread of particulate matter will also be accompanied by the spread of bacteria and viruses.Therefore,the recovery process of patients requires the ICU to provide a cleaner air environment.Air transmission is the main channel for the transmission of indoor particulate matter.In order to ensure the safety of the breathing air in the ICU ward and create a cleaner,safer and healthier indoor environment for the rehabilitation of patients,this study integrates on-site experimental tests and CFD simulation results,and proposes to use the local air treatment device to control the concentration of indoor particulate matter at the source without changing the existing air-conditioning system in the ICU.The results show that the introduction of a"local air treatment device"to control the particulate matter in the ICU at the source can effectively reduce the concentration of indoor particulate matter and achieve the purpose of protecting patients and reducing cross-infection.
