摘  要:从基础设施发展、信息服务、管理监督、发展政策、基础设施建设5个方面构建县域城乡客运一体化发展水平评价指标,分析新疆县域城乡道路客运一体化发展水平。运用因子分析法找出隐含的指标变量来提取公因子,获得各县域城乡客运一体化发展水平综合得分。在此基础上基于K-means聚类算法对公因子进行聚类分析,提出县域城乡客运一体化发展水平分为A,B,C和D 4个等级,由高到低依次对应高水平、较高水平、较低水平和低水平发展地区,并利用ArcGIS软件进一步绘制县域城乡客运一体化空间发展水平差异图。研究结果表明:新疆县域城乡道路客运一体化发展水平总体偏低,空间区域发展格局不均衡,北疆县域城乡客运一体化发展水平明显高于南疆,为其县域城乡道路客运一体化发展模式提供理论参考和科学依据。Evaluation indexes of the integrated development level of urban and rural passenger transport for the counties are set up from five aspects:infrastructure development,information services,management supervision,development policies and infrastructure construction.The integrated development level of urban and rural road passenger transport in all counties of Xinjiang is analyzed.Factor analysis method is used to extract hidden index variables to get common factors and obtain comprehensive scores of the integrated development level of urban and rural passenger transport in each county.The common factors are studied based on the K-means clustering algorithm.According to the comprehensive score,the development level of urban and rural road passenger transport integration in Xinjiang counties is divided into four grades,A,B,C and D,corresponding to higher-level,high-level,low-level and lower-level development regions respectively.The spatial development level difference of urban and rural passenger transport integration in county areas is mapped by using ArcGIS software.The study results show that the overall development level of road passenger transport integration in Xinjiang counties is relatively low,and the spatial regional development pattern is uneven.The development level of integration of northern Xinjiang is significantly higher than that of southern Xinjiang.The study provides a theoretical reference and scientific basis for the integrated development mode of urban and rural road passenger transport in Xinjiang counties.
