摘  要:以Gemini表面活性剂双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵(DDAB)对天然钠基膨润土进行改性,研究不同剂量的改性剂对膨润土结构和吸附性能的影响。使用了X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和比表面积及孔隙度分析仪对改性后的天然钠基膨润土进行结构表征。研究结果表明:DDAB成功插入了膨润土层间,有机膨润土层间距显著增大,比表面积和孔体积减小;膨润土层间距随着改性剂的用量增加而增大,且DDAB在膨润土层间表现出多种堆积排列方式;当25℃,投入量为5.5 g/L,反应时间为90 min时,UV_(360)和UV_(254)的去除率分别达到94.7%和33.26%。研究表明,DDAB改性膨润土是一种有潜力的TATB炸药废水预处理剂。Natural natrium-based bentonite was modified by Gemini surfactant didodecyldimethylammonium bromide(DDAB)to study the effects of different doses of modifiers on the structure and adsorption properties of bentonite.X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and specific surface area and porosity analyzer were used to characterize the structure of the modified natrium bentonite.The results show that DDAB successfully intercalated bentonite layers,and the organic bentonite layer spacing increased significantly,while the specific surface area and pore volume decreased.The interval between bentonite layers increases with the increase of the dosage of modifier,and DDAB shows a variety of stacking arrangements between bentonite layers.When the amount of input was 5.5 g/L and the reaction time was 90 min at 25℃,the removal rates of UV_(360) and UV_(254) reached 94.7%and 33.26%,respectively.The results show that DDAB modified bentonite is a potential pretreatment agent for TATB explosive wastewater.
