摘  要:采用一锅混合溶剂热法合成了具有中空海胆状结构的高吸附性介孔W_(18)O_(49)纳米粉体。通过XRD、SEM、HRTEM、UV-vis DRS、氮气吸附-脱附测试以及吸附实验,研究了所制备材料的晶体结构、微观形貌、比表面积及孔径大小对模拟染料废水亚甲基蓝(MB)、罗丹明B(Rh B)、甲基橙(MO)吸附性能的影响。对不同浓度梯度和添加不同质量吸附剂的亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附效果和最大吸附容量进行了研究。结果表明,W_(18)O_(49)为单斜相结构,沿着(010)晶面择优生长;微观形貌为中空球体外围由纳米棒束自组装形成的海胆状结构,外部的纳米棒束上形成了无序的介孔结构;孔径分布集中在2~25 nm,平均孔直径为6.74 nm,最可几孔直径仅为1.79 nm,BET比表面积为73 m^(2)/g;对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附选择性最好,30 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液在8 h时去除率为99.3%,最大吸附容量达到了121.58 mg/g。Mesoporous W_(18)O_(49) nanoparticles with hollow sea urchin-like structure were synthesized by one pot mixed solvothermal method.By XRD,SEM,HRTEM,UV-VIS DRS,nitrogen adsorption-desorption test and adsorption experiment,the effects of crystal structure,microstructure,specific surface area and pore size of the prepared materials on the adsorption properties of methylene blue(MB),rhodamine B(Rh B),methyl orange(MO)in simulated dye wastewater were investigated.The adsorption effect and maximum adsorption capacity of methylene blue solution with different concentration gradient and different quality adsorbent were studied.The results show that W_(18)O_(49) has a monoclinic phase structure and grows preferently along the(010)crystal plane.The micromorphology is sea urchin-like structure formed by self-assembly of nanorods on the outer surface of hollow spheres,and disordered mesoporous structure is formed on the outer nanorods.The pore size distribution is concentrated in 2~25 nm,the average pore diameter is 6.74 nm,the maximum pore diameter is only 1.79 nm,BET specific surface area is 73 m^(2)/g.The adsorption selectivity of methylene blue to water is the best,and the removal rate of 30 mg/L methylene blue solution is 99.3%at 8 h,and the maximum adsorption capacity is 121.58 mg/g.
