摘 要:群体感应是微生物间的通讯机制,可通过分泌信号分子调控微生物活动。为了解外源信号分子对污水处理的调控作用,考察了短期投加不同浓度C10-HSL对自养脱氮污泥的影响,并在此基础上研究了C10-HSL和硫酸盐以及C10-HSL和纳米氧化铜对自养脱氮的联合影响。结果表明,C10-HSL在4μmol/L时可以提高氨氮氧化和总氮去除速率,在40和120μmol/L时则产生抑制,且不具有累积性。4μmol/L C10-HSL与50、100、400 mg/L的硫酸盐以及1、5、10 mg/L的纳米氧化铜联合作用均可提高氨氮和总氮去除速率,且分别具有较弱和较强的累积性。蛋白质、多糖分泌量与信号分子含量正相关,硫酸盐和纳米氧化铜的加入减少了蛋白质、多糖的分泌及泥中信号分子含量。研究证明,短期投加C10-HSL和纳米氧化铜可作为一种提高自养脱氮性能的调控手段。Quorum sensing is a communication mechanism between microorganisms,which can regulate microbial activities by secreting signal molecules.In order to understand the regulation effect of exogenous signal molecules on wastewater treatment process,the short-term effect of C10-HSL with different concentrations on autotrophic nitrogen removal sludge was investigated in this study.On this basis,the combined effect of C10-HSL and sulfate,as well as C10-HSL and nano copper oxide on autotrophic nitrogen removal sludge were further investigated.The results showed that the exogenous addition of C10-HSL in 4μmol/L promoted the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen,while that in 40 and 120μmol/L inhibited the autotrophic nitrogen removal,without cumulative effect.The combined addition of 4μmol/L C10-HSL and 50,100 and 400 mg/L sulfate as well as 1,5 and 10 mg/L nano copper oxide both improved the total nitrogen removal rate and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate,and the accumulative effect is relative weak and strong,respectively.In addition,the secretion of protein and polysaccharide was positively correlated with the content of signal molecules,but the addition of sulfate and nano copper oxide decreased the secretion of protein and polysaccharide,as well as the content of signal molecules in the sludge.The results showed that the short-term addition of C10 and nano copper oxide could be used as a regulatory strategy to improve the total nitrogen removal performance of autotrophic sludge.
