摘 要:以某机械加工园区生产废水为研究对象,添加微生物菌剂对生物系统进行强化,对比了强化工艺与传统工艺对COD、TN污染物的去除效果,考察了系统应对进水水质冲击以及污泥性状改变的影响。结果表明,强化工艺对TN的平均去除率达到66.52%,相较传统工艺提高25.54%,并对来水冲击表现出较强的抵御能力;污泥性状改变方面,污泥容积指数(SVI)降至46.11 L/g,污泥挥发分组分(MLVSS/MLSS)提高至0.79,表明微生物菌剂的投加对污泥沉降及生物活性有显著的改善效果。With the industrial wastewater from a machinery processing park as the study object,microbial agents were added for strengthening the biological system.The strengthened process and conventional process were compared for removal effects of COD and TN pollutants,and the effects of the system on the influent water quality impact and sludge character change were investigated.The results showed that the average TN removal rate of the strengthened process was up to 66.52%,which was increased by 25.54%as compared with that of the conventional process,and moreover,this process showed strong resistance to impact of influent water.In sludge character change,the sludge volume index(SVI)was decreased to 46.11 L/g,and MLVSS/MLSS was increased to 0.79,indicating that the addition of microbial agent may improve the sludge sedimentation and biological activity significantly.
