摘  要:为提高对帘子布浸胶废液的处理效果,采用“混凝预处理+板框压滤+深度处理”工艺替代原“硫酸铝混凝+膨润土吸附+真空过滤机过滤”工艺,对河南某帘子布公司浸胶废液处理项目进行改造。实际运行结果表明:该工艺设计合理,运行稳定,出水COD<200 mg/L、ρ(NH_(3)-N)<25 mg/L、ρ(甲醛)<1.0 mg/L、色度<10倍、ρ(SS)<10 mg/L、pH=6~9,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)表4中二级标准要求。吨水处理费用31.6~38.4元,与原工艺相比:节约70~140元/m^(3)水,污泥减量80%,节约污泥处置费用6.5万元/d,经济效益、社会效益和环境效益显著。In order to improve the treatment effect of cord fabric dipping wastewater,the treatment project of dipping waste liquid in a cord fabric company in Henan Province was reformed by using the technology of"coagulation pretreatment+plate and frame pressure filtration+Advanced treatment"to repalced the original"aluminum sulfate coagulation+bentonite adsorption+vacuum filter filtration"process.The actual operation results showed that,theprocess design was reasonable,the operation was stable,the effluent COD is less than 200mg/L,NH_(3)-N is less than 25 mg/L,formaldehyde is less than 1.0 mg/L,chroma is less than 10 times,SS is less than 10 mg/L and pH is 6~9,which meets the requirements of class II standard in Table 4 of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-1996).The cost of water treatment per ton is 31.6~38.4 Chinese yuan,Compared with the original process,saving 70~140 yuan/ton of wastewater,reducing sludge by 80%,saving sludge disposal cost of 65000 Chinese yuan/day,and acquired remarkable economic,social and environmental benefits.
