摘　　要：围绕生鲜电商的配送业务,对银川市及周边地区的城乡配送现状进行调研,针对生鲜电商城乡配送存在的冷链设施设备缺乏、网格仓和自提点的仓库管理水平落后等问题,提出完善消费者终端冷链物流配送体系、提高各级仓库的运营管理水平、提高物流信息化水平等建议,以促进生鲜农产品流通效率,减少生鲜配送对城市交通的影响。In this paper, focusing on the distribution business of fresh food e-commerce, we investigated the current situation of the urban and rural distribution of fresh agricultural products in Yinchuan and surrounding areas, and then in view of problems such as lack of cold chain facilities and equipment, and backward management level of grid warehouses and self-pickup points existing in the urban and rural distribution processes of fresh food e-businesses in the region, proposed a series of recommendations such as building a comprehensive consumer endpoint cold chain logistics distribution system, improving the operation and management level of warehouses of all tiers, and doubling down on the logistics information construction in the city so as the increase the circulation efficiency of fresh agricultural products and reduce the impact of fresh food distribution on urban traffic.
