摘 要:在大型铁路物流基地逐渐投入运营的背景下,为提高铁路货物运输效率和降低物流成本,铁路枢纽内货运站资源需要整合优化。基于多品类物流网络设计方法,通过构建枢纽内货物运输成本模型,并应用ILOG CPLEX进行求解,得到货运站整合优化方案。研究表明,通过货物品类集中化,可以显著降低运输成本,尤其是空车调运成本和货车集散成本。铁路部门应采取措施引导货源向物流基地转移,同时关停部分货运站或者转变其物流功能。In this paper, based on the method for the design of the multi-variety logistics network, we constructed the in-hub freight transportation cost model, solved it using ILOG CPLEX and obtained the freight station integration and optimization scheme. Through the study, it was shown that cargo variety consolidation could significantly reduce transportation cost, especially empty haul cost and truck distribution cost;and that the railway authority should take measures to divert cargo sources to the logistics base and at the same time shut down some freight stations or change their logistics functions.
