摘  要:油菜素内酯(Brassinosteroids, BRs)是植物体内一类多羟基的类固醇激素,在调控植物生长发育、应对非生物和生物胁迫中发挥着重要作用。从细胞对BRs信号的感知,到通过一系列信号转导过程,到最终调控相关转录因子调节基因的表达,BRs信号通路中的信号传导过程已经被详细地描述;此外,描述BRs在应对非生物胁迫方面作用的研究报道较多,但在应对生物胁迫,尤其是应对植物病毒侵染防御机制方面的研究较少。为此,综述了BRs信号通路信号转导过程及其目前已知的调控机制,并对已报道的BRs在植物抗病毒应答中的作用进行了讨论。Brassinosteroids(BRs) are a group of polyhydroxylated plant steroid hormones that play important roles in plant growth, development, and both abiotic and biotic stress responses. A BRs signaling pathway from cell surface receptors, through a series of signal transduction processes, to central transcription factors has been well characterized. There have been several reports describing the relationship between BRs and abiotic stress responses, but few reports describing how BRs signaling fit into biotic stress, especially virus resistance in plants. Therefore, we summarized recent progress in the BRs signaling pathway,including BRs perception and the regulatory mechanism of BRs signaling. Furthermore, we discussed the roles of BRs in plant virus defense.
