摘 要:为研究氮、磷缺乏对草莓生长前期的影响,以圣诞红品种为供试材料,设置全量营养液、缺氮营养液和缺磷营养液等3个处理进行盆栽试验。以全量营养液处理作为对照,探究氮、磷缺乏对草莓生长前期的根冠比、根系活力、各项根系形态指标及植株各部位内源激素含量的影响。结果表明,与全量营养液处理相比,缺氮处理的根系活力、各项根系形态指标均显著降低,而根冠比和根系生长素含量增加;缺磷处理的根系活力、根长、根表面积、根体积、根尖数、分枝数、根中生长素和叶中细胞分裂素含量等指标均显著下降。研究认为,草莓生长前期的根系是通过调控根系的形态以及植株各器官内源激素的含量来响应氮、磷的缺乏。In order to study the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus deficiency on the early growth stage of strawberry,strawberry variety Ssanta was selected as material, and three treatments including total nutrient solution(control), nitrogen deficiency nutrient solution and phosphorus deficiency nutrient solution were set up in pot experiment. The effects of nitrogen and phosphorus deficiency on root-shoot ratio, root activity, root morphological indexes and endogenous hormone content in different plant parts of strawberry were studied. The results showed that the root vigor and morphological indexes of strawberry at early growth stage under nitrogen deficiency nutrient solution treatment were significantly decreased, while the root-shoot ratio and root auxin content were increased, compared with the total nutrient solution treatment. The root vigor, root length, root surface area, root volume, root tip number, branch number, root auxin and leaf cytokinin of strawberry treated with phosphorus deficiency nutrient solution at early growth stage were significantly decreased, compared with the total nutrient solution treatment. It was suggested that the root system of strawberry responded to N and P deficiency by regulating the root morphology and endogenous hormone content in different organs at early growth stage.
