摘 要:十字花科根肿病是一个世界性的病害,选育抗病品种是解决根肿病问题的有效途径。本文通过对两份抗根肿病甘蓝抗源材料Cr1和Cr2的鉴定,结果表明两份材料对从云南通海、陕西太白和湖北恩施采集的菌种均有抗性,但抗性表现有所差异;Cr1对云南通海和湖北恩施收集到的根肿病病原菌表现为高抗,对陕西太白收集到的菌种为中抗,Cr2对陕西太白和湖北恩施的株系表现为高抗,对云南通海的株系为中抗。两份材料的抗性可能属于不同抗源,均有一定的育种价值。Cruciferae crop clubroot is a worldwide disease,breeding a new variety with clubroot resistance is an effective away to solve the problem.By identification of two cabbage materials Cr1 and Cr2 at seedling stage in this paper,the two materials had different resistant response to 3 isolates from Yunnan,Shannxi and Hubei.Cr1 performed HR to Yunnan and Hubei isolate,MR to Shannxi isolate.Cr2 performed HR Shannxi and Hubei isolate,MR to Yunnan isolate.Both Cr1 and Cr2 have value in cabbage breeding.
