摘　　要：马铃薯试管薯是在培养瓶中由试管苗诱导形成的小薯块。主要包括培养基制备,试管薯母株快速微繁、试管薯诱导及试管薯贮藏等。Test-tube potato is a small potato block formed by the induction of test-tube seedlings in the culture bottle.It mainly includes medium preparation,rapid propagation of tuber mother plant,tuber induction and tuber storage of tomato microtuber,etc.
