摘  要:井下运输车进行日常作业环境,硬化路面较少,路面崎岖且积水较多。工作环境多粉尘尘泥水,车辆也经常涉水运行。而泥水杂质等对于常规制动器制动性能影响很大。为保证安全性,井下车辆多采用全封闭湿式多盘制动器,其制动组件全封闭结构,避免了外界杂质的影响。本文重点介绍了湿式制动车桥结构、原理及制动液压系统设计。Underground where trackless rubber-tyred haulage cars carry out daily operations,hardened surfaces are rare and the roads are often rugged and waterlogged.The vehicles are often required to wade through water in a dusty,muddy,and watery environment.Mud,water and other impurities impair the performance of conventional brakes.Hence,for safety concerns,underground vehicles mostly adopt fully enclosed wet multi-disc brakes,with components fully enclosed to avoid contact with external impurities.This paper introduces the structure and principle of wet brake axles,and outlines the design of brake hydraulic systems.
