摘　　要：以ESPRIT软件为平台,开发一套基于知识库的数控加工编程系统,将产品加工所需的刀具材料、工件材料、工艺方法、切削参数等工艺内容保存至数据库中,运用工艺规划模块帮助工艺人员根据加工产品特征进行快速编程,缩短产品加工的周期,提高加工效益并能获得稳定的加工质量。Based on ESPRIT software,a set of NC machining programming system based on knowledge base is developed.The process contents such as tool material,workpiece material,process method and cutting parameters required for product processing are saved in the database.The process planning module is used to help the process personnel to quickly program the features of processing products and shorten the cycle of product processing.The processing efficiency is improved and the stable processing quality is obtained.
