艾灸对阳虚体质者任脉浅表微循环血流灌注量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸神阙穴与关元穴对阳虚体质受试者任脉及其经穴浅表微循环血流灌注量(MBPU)的影响,探讨艾灸改善阳虚体质的作用机制。方法:将40名阳虚体质受试者随机分为对照组和艾灸组,每组20名。对照组仅进行常规健康宣教,艾灸组在常规健康宣教基础上进行艾灸神阙穴与关元穴干预,分别于干预前后运用激光散斑血流成像仪记录任脉及其经穴浅表MBPU。结果:与干预前比较,干预后艾灸组受试者任脉平均浅表MBPU及任脉中段浅表MBPU显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);任脉上膻中、巨阙、气海穴浅表MBPU均上升,其中巨阙穴浅表MBPU升高明显(P<0.01);对照组受试者干预前后任脉及经穴浅表MBPU均无明显差异。干预后两组比较,艾灸组任脉平均浅表MBPU及任脉中段浅表MBPU增幅较对照组显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),膻中、巨阙、气海穴浅表MBPU增幅均较对照组有所上升,其中巨阙穴上升最为显著(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸神阙穴与关元穴可以增加任脉及其经穴浅表MBPU,改善阳虚体质者任脉的气血循环,其中任脉中段及巨阙穴浅表MBPU升高具有一定特异性。Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion at Shenque(RN 8)and Guanyuan(RN 4)acupoints on the superficial Microcirculatory Blood Perfusion Units(MBPU)of Ren Meridian and its acupoints in subjects with Yang deficiency constitution,and to explore the mechanism of Moxibustion in improving yang deficiency constitution.Methods:40 subjects with yang deficiency constitution were randomly divided into control group and moxibustion group,with 20 in each group.The control group only received health propaganda,and the moxibustion group received moxibustion at Shenque acupoint(RN 8)and Guanyuan acupoint(RN 4)on the basis of health propaganda.The superficial MBPU of Ren meridian and its acupoints were recorded by Laser Speckle Blood Flow Imager before and after intervention.Results:Compared with pre-intervention,the mean superficial MBPU of Ren meridian(P<0.01)and the superficial MBPU of midpiece of Ren meridian(P<0.01)in moxibustion group increased significantly after intervention;the superficial MBPU of Danzhong(RN 17),Juque(RN 14)and Qihai(RN 6)acupoints increased on Ren meridian,and the superficial MBPU of Juque acupoint(RN 14)increased significantly(P<0.01);there was no significant difference in superficial MBPU of Ren Meridian and its acupoints in the control group before and after intervention.After the intervention,the increases of the mean superficial MBPU of Ren meridian(P<0.05)and the midpiece MBPU of Ren meridian(P<0.01)in the moxibustion group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the increases of superficial MBPU of Danzhong(RN 17),Juque(RN 14)and Qihai(RN 6)acupoints were higher than those in the control group,among which the increases of Juque acupoint(RN 14)was the most significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Moxibustion at Shenque(RN 8)and Guanyuan(RN 4)acupoints can increase the superficial MBPU of Ren meridian and its acupoints,and improve the blood circulation of Ren meridian in subjects with yang deficiency constitution.The increase of superficial MBPU at the midpiece of Ren meridian a
