丹紫康膝冲剂联合消炎散外敷治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丹紫康膝冲剂联合消炎散外敷治疗肝肾亏虚型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例符合纳入标准的膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为3组(A、B、C组),A组在外敷消炎散的基础上,加用丹紫康膝冲剂,B组仅外敷消炎散,C组仅口服丹紫康膝冲剂;治疗周期为3周,观察3组治疗后临床疗效。结果:3组患者治疗后关节疼痛及活动受限程度较本组治疗前明显好转,其视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)及实验室指标(C-反应蛋白及血沉)均明显改善(P<0.05);A组较B组和C组VAS评分、HSS评分及实验室指标(C-反应蛋白及血沉)改善明显(P<0.05);A组、B组及C组的总体有效率分别为93.3%、73.3%、70.0%,A组疗效最佳。结论:丹紫康膝冲剂联合消炎散外敷治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Danzikangxi granules combined with Xiaoyan powder in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods:Ninety patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups(group A,B,and C).Group A was treated with Danzikangxi granules on the basis of external application of Xiaoyan powder,group B was treated with external application of Xiaoyan powder only,and group C was treated with oral Danzikangxi granules only.The treatment period was 3 weeks,and the clinical efficacy of the three groups was observed.Results:The degree of joint pain and activity limitation in the three groups were significantly better than before treatment,and the VAS score,knee HSS score and laboratory indexes(C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate)were improved(P<0.05).Compared with groups B and C,VAS,knee HSS score and laboratory indexes(C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate)in group A were significantly improved(P<0.05).The overall effective rates of group A,group B and group C were 93.3%,73.3%and 70.0%,respectively.Group A had the best efficacy.Conclusion:Danzikangxi granules combined with Xiaoyan powder for external application in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency is effective.
