摘　　要：目的:观察肛管直肠测压中的各项检测指标在功能性便秘患者诊断和治疗中的临床指导意义。方法:回顾性分析2018—2020年间肛肠二科门诊符合功能性便秘患者共100例,分别从肛管舒张压、肛管最大收缩压、肛管最长收缩时间、直肠静息压、肛管静息压、直肠最小容量感觉值、直肠最大容量感觉值7个方面进行分析,总结功能性便秘患者的数据特点及临床指导意义。结果:100例功能性便秘患者中,肛管直肠测压中7个不同检查项目均有明显的规律可循,符合功能性便秘的临床特征。结论:肛管直肠测压的7个不同检查项目,在功能性便秘尤其是出口梗阻型便秘的检查中,具有明确的临床指导意义。Objective:To observe the clinical guiding significance of various detection indexes in anorectal manometry on patients with functional constipation during the diagnosis and treatment.Methods:From 2018 to 2020,a total of 100 patients with functional constipation were retrospectively analyzed in the second department of anorectal outpatient clinic.Anal canal diastolic pressure,anal canal maximum systolic pressure,anal canal maximum systolic time,rectal resting pressure,anal canal resting pressure,rectal minimum volume sensory value,and rectal maximum volume sensory value were analyzed,and various data characteristics and clinical guiding significances for the treatment of functional constipation were summarized.Results:Among the 100 patients with functional constipation,the values of 7 different examination items in the anorectal manometry had obvious rules,which was in line with the clinical characteristics of functional constipation.Conclusion:7 different examination items of anorectal manometry have clear clinical guiding significance in the examination of functional constipation,especially outlet obstruction constipation.
