摘　　要：基于经济订货批量经典计算公式,针对复杂多变的实际情况,研究了超限经济订货批量的确定方法,有别于传统的解析法,利用Python及其numpy、matplotlib等模块,编写程序,实现超限经济订货批量的数据分析法确定技术,并对结果进行了直观的可视化。通过具体案例可知,采用数据分析法可以直观地显示各项单位平均成本曲线、经济订货批量及其单位平均总成本等,适合于其他更复杂情况下的经济订货批量分析与确定。Based on the classical formula of the economic order quantity model and targeting at the complexity and changeability of real-life scenarios,this paper studies the method for determining the over-range economic order quantity.In contrast to the traditional analytic method,the Python and its numpy and matplotlib modules are used to write the program to realize the data analysis method and determine the over-range economic order quantity,the result of which is then visualized in an intuitive fashion.It can be seen from a specific case study that the data analysis method developed in this paper can visually display the average cost curve of each unit,the economic order quantity and average total cost per unit,etc.,which is suitable for the analysis and determination of the economic order quantity in more complex situations.
