摘 要:建立液相色谱法同时分析油田废水中16种多环芳烃的方法,并比较不同萃取方式、浓缩方法和净化与否对加标回收率的影响。得到最佳检测方法为1 000 mL油田废水样品用二氯甲烷萃取,真空旋转蒸发浓缩有机相,离心浓缩进行溶剂转换后用液相色谱进行分析。液相色谱条件为:Waters多环芳烃专用柱;安捷伦VWD检测器。结果表明:16种多环芳烃线标准曲线线性关系良好,方法线性相关系数>0.999 9,方法检出限为0.006~0.019μg/L,平均加标回收率在65.9%~109%之间。该方法实用性强,回收率和检出限均能满足样品检测质量控制要求,可为油田废水中多环芳烃的快速、准确分析提供方法。A new method for simultaneous analysis of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in oilfield wastewater was established. And the effects of different methods of extraction, concentration and purification on standard recovery were compared. The best detection method was the extraction of 1000mL wastewater sample with dichloromethane and the concentration using vacuum rotatory evaporator. After conversion solvent, the solution was determined by liquid chromatography. The optimized liquid chromatography conditions were as follows: Waters PAHs-C18 chromatographic column;Agilent VWD detector. The results showed that he standard curve of 16 PAHs had good linear relationship. The linear correlation coefficient of the method was greater than 0.999 9, and the detection limit was 0.006 μg/L-0.019 μg/L. The average standard recovery was 65.9%-109%. The method had strong practicability. Its recovery and detection limit can meet the quality control requirements. It can provide detection method for the rapid and quantitative analysis of PAHs in oilfield wastewater.
