摘 要:建立离子色谱法同时测定燃料电池车用氢气中氯化氢和甲酸含量的方法。50 L氢气样品以0.5 L·min的流速通过50 mL去离子水,氢气中的氯化氢和甲酸被水吸收,定容后经离子色谱进行定量测定,再根据通过去离子水的气体总体积,换算出氢气中的氯化氢和甲酸含量。结果表明:氯化氢和甲酸水溶液的标准曲线线性相关系数均在0.995以上,检出限均为0.27 nmol·mol^(-1)(3S/N)。按标准加入法进行回收试验,回收率为90.08%~97.06%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)为0.55%~3.20%。方法用于30个实际样品的测定,只有2个样品检测到氯化氢,均未检测到甲酸。The method for simultaneous determination of hydrogen chloride and formic acid in hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles by ion chromatography was established. The 50 L hydrogen sample was passed through 50m L deionized water at a flow rate of 0.5 L·min, and hydrogen chloride and formic acid in hydrogen were absorbed by water. After constant volume, the content of hydrogen chloride and formic acid in water was determined by ion chromatography, and then the content of hydrogen chloride and formic acid in hydrogen was calculated according to the total volume of gas passing through the water. As shown by the results, the linear correlation coefficients of the standard curves of hydrogen chloride and formic acid were all above 0.995 and the detection limits were 0.27 nmol·mol^(-1)(3S/N). Test for recover was made by standard addition method,giving results in the range of 90.08%-97.06%, and RSDs(n=7) of the determined values were 0.55%-3.20%.The method was used for determination of 30 actual samples. Hydrogen chloride was detected in only 2samples, and formic acid was not detected in all samples.
