摘  要:目的 评价川产姜黄的质量。方法 采用指纹图谱结合姜黄素类成分含量测定的方法评价川产姜黄的品质。结果 对照指纹图谱共标定了11个共有峰,样品与对照图谱的相似度均大于0.9。50批川产姜黄药材中姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素和双去甲氧基姜黄素的含量分别为0.93%~3.51%、0.31%~1.24%、0.07%~0.77%。犍为、沐川、宜宾产姜黄样品中姜黄素的含量均值明显高于药典标准。结论 所建指纹图谱可定性、定量评价川产姜黄的质量。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of turmeric produced in Sichuan.METHODS Based on the fingerprint combined with content determination of curcuminoid to evaluate the quality of turmeric produced in Sichuan.RESULTS A total of 11 common peaks were calibrated in the fingerprint.The similarity between each sample and the fingerprint was greater than 0.9.The results showed that the contents of curcumin, demethoxylcurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin of turmeric in Sichuan province were 0.93%-3.51%,0.31%-1.24% and 0.07%-0.77%,respectively, and the mean content of curcumin in turmeric from Muchuan, Yibin, and Qianwei were obviously higher than the standard of pharmacopoeia.CONCLUSION The fingerprint can be used to evaluate the quality of Sichuan turmeric from qualitative and quantitative perspectives.
