摘　　要：新型中药凝胶是基于传统凝胶剂与脂质体、微乳、包合物等新型制剂技术以及新型药用辅料等制成的一类新型药用制剂,具有缓释特性、生物相容性好、降低中药某些成分的不良反应等优点。现对目前已上市的中药凝胶剂品种进行归纳,并对新型中药凝胶剂如原位凝胶、脂质体凝胶、微乳凝胶等进行综述。The new Chinese medicine gel is a new type of pharmaceutical preparation based on traditional gels, new formulation technologies such as liposomes, microemulsions, inclusion complexes, and new pharmaceutical excipients.The new Chinese medicine gel has sustained-release properties and biocompatibility, and it has the advantages of reducing the toxic and side effects of some components of Chinese medicine.This article summarizes the varieties of Chinese medicine gels currently on the market, and reviews new Chinese medicine gels such as in situ gel, liposome gel and microemulsion gel.
