摘　　要：Though near blind since childhood,Huang Ying was nonetheless able to rank first in herundergraduate class in the comprehensive evaluation testat the Wuhan University of Technolog(WUT)forthree consecutive years.In 2019,shewas recommended to study for a master's degreein political science without a qualifying examination.
