摘  要:采集了厚荚相思、卷荚相思、黑木相思、直干相思、马占相思共5种植物的根部样本,通过16S rRNA高通量测序,对不同种相思树中根内生细菌的群落结构进行解析。比较5种相思树种根内生细菌群落多样性,在纲水平上,厚荚相思、卷荚相思、黑木相思和直干相思的根内生优势菌为Alphaproteobacteria,而马占相思的根内生细菌中,则以Gammaproteobacteria占主导地位。在目水平上,厚荚相思、卷荚相思、直干相思和黑木相思的根内生细菌优势菌为Rhizobiales,马占相思的根内生细菌则以Rhizobiales、Enterobacteriales和unidentified_Gammaproteobacteria占主导地位。在科水平上,厚荚相思、卷荚相思、直干相思和黑木相思的根内生细菌中优势菌为Xanthobacteraceae,马占相思的根内生细菌中,则以Enterobacteriaceae占主导地位。不同种相思树根内生细菌群落在纲、目、科水平上均存在较大差异性,与其他4种相思树种的优势菌群相比,马占相思表现出一定的特异性。We collected root samples of Acacia crassicarpa,Acacia cincinnata,Acacia melanoxylon,Acacia mearnsil,and Acacia mangium.And through 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing and statistical analysis,the diversity of endophytic bacterial communities in the roots of 5 Acacia species was compared.At the Class level,the dominant endophytic bacteria in the roots of A.crassicarpa,A.cincinnata,A.melanoxylon and A.mearnsil are Alphaproteobacteria,while Gammaproteobacteria dominates the endophytic bacteria in the roots of A.mangium.At the Order level,the dominant endophytic bacteria in the roots of A.crassicarpa,A.cincinnata,A.mearnsil and A.melanoxylon are Rhizobiales,while Rhizobiales,Enterobacteriales and Unidentified_Gammaproteobacteria dominate the root endophytic bacteria of A.mangium.At the Family level,the dominant endophytic bacteria in the roots of A.crassicarpa,A.cincinnata,A.mearnsil,and A.melanoxylon are Xanthobacteraceae,while Enterobacteriaceae dominates the root endophytic bacteria of A.mangium.The endophytic bacterial communities in the roots of different Acacia species are quite different at the level of Class,Order and Family.Compared with the dominant bacterial communities of the other 4 Acacia species,A.mangium showed specificity.
