摘　　要：文章利用国产高分卫星数据,开展境外投资民用炸药生产项目外部安全距离监测方法的研究,为项目的可行性报告后安全预评价、建成验收前安全验收评价及投产运行后定期安全现状评价3个阶段提供符合性技术支撑。研究结果可为项目建设提供全面、精准、快捷的安全评价和安全风险评估依据,保障项目的本质安全,提升我国对外合作项目的安全管理水平。Based on the domestic high-resolution satellite data,this paper studies an application method of monitoring the external safety distance of civil explosive production projects invested abroad,and provides consistent technical support for the three stages of safety pre-evaluation after the feasibility report of the project,safety acceptance evaluation before completion and acceptance and regular safety status evaluation after operation.The research results can provide comprehensive,accurate and fast safety evaluation and safety risk assessment basis for project construction,and ensure the essential safety of the project,and improve the safety management level of overseas cooperation projects.
