摘  要:为了改善冰箱压缩机出现的舌簧型排气阀片断裂问题,以某定频压缩机为例,建立阀片运动时的单质点梁模型,并通过Ansys Static Structural软件进行仿真计算和优化分析,发现限位板弧面结构以及与阀片的压紧面面积对阀片等效应力影响较大;并对装配有优化限位板的压缩机进行加速寿命实验和性能测试实验。结果表明,优化后的限位板能够有效提高阀片的寿命,压缩机性能稳定且阀片没有出现断裂现象。In order to improve the problem of broken reed type exhaust valve sheet in refrigerator compressors.Taking a fixed frequency compressor as an example,the single mass point beam model during valve motion was built,and simulation and optimization analysis by Ansys Static Structural software was performed,it was found that the curvature structure of the limit plate and the area of the compression surface with the valve plate have a large influence on the equivalent force of the valve plate;and the compressor equipped with the optimized limit plate was tested for accelerated life and performance.The results show that optimized limit plate to improve valve life and stable performance of the compressor and no breakage of the valve plate occurs.
