摘  要:针对目前大多数锂电池均衡电路存在均衡效率不高、电路损耗大、均衡时间较长的问题,提出一种基于分层式的串联锂电池组主动均衡拓扑。采用3层均衡策略,其中第一层和第二层均采用双向Cuk电路进行均衡,第三层采用同芯多绕组反激式变换器进行均衡。论文以电池端电压作为均衡指标,并根据每层均衡电路的特点,提出了相应的均衡控制策略;最后在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建了6节串联电池的仿真模型进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,本文方案均衡时间约为0.42 s,而传统双向Cuk电路达到均衡状态所用时间约为2.3 s。Aiming at the problems of low equalization efficiency,high circuit loss and long equalization time in most equalization circuits of lithium battery,an active equalization topology based on layered series lithium battery pack was proposed.The equalization topology adopts a three-layer equalization strategy,in which the first and second layers are balanced by bidirectional Cuk circuit,and the third layer is balanced by the same core multi-winding flyback converter.In this paper,the battery terminal voltage is taken as the equalization index,and the corresponding equalization control strategy is proposed according to the characteristics of each layer equalization circuit.Finally,a simulation model of six series batteries was built in MATLAB/Simulink for simulation verification.Simulation results show that the equalization time of the proposed scheme is about 0.42 s,and the time for the traditional bidirectional Cuk circuit to reach the equalization state is about 2.3 s.
