摘　　要：目的:探究PDCA循环管理模式在骨科手术患者术后镇痛泵用药安全管理中的应用情况。方法:选取2020年5月—2021年5月本院骨科术后使用镇痛泵患者98例,其中2020年5月—10月行常规镇痛泵管理作为对照组(40例),2020年11月—2021年5月行PDCA循环管理模式作为观察组(58例),比较两组中度疼痛、恶心呕吐的发生以及患者满意度情况。结果:观察组中度疼痛及恶心呕吐发生率分别为3.44%和6.90%,低于对照组的20.00%和22.50%(P<0.05)。观察组满意率为96.55%,高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科手术患者术后镇痛泵用药安全管理中,PDCA循环管理模式可降低患者中度疼痛及恶心呕吐的发生率,提升满意度。Objective:To explore the application of PDCA cycle management mode in the safety management of postoperative analgesia pump in orthopedic surgery patients.Methods:A total of 98 patients who used analgesic pump after orthopedic surgery in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected.The routine analgesic pump management from May 2020 to October 2020 was used as the control group(40 cases),and the PDCA cycle management mode from November 2020 to May 2021 was used as the observation group(58 cases).The occurrence of moderate pain,nausea and vomiting and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidences of moderate pain and nausea and vomiting in the observation group were 3.44%and 6.90%,respectively,which were lower than 20.00%and 22.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the medication safety management of postoperative analgesia pump in orthopedic surgery patients,PDCA cycle management mode can reduce the incidence of moderate to severe pain and nausea and vomiting,and improve satisfaction.
