派瑞松软膏联合水杨酸酒精抑菌液治疗真菌性外耳道炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:三种外涂药物方法治疗真菌性外耳道炎疗效观察。方法:选取我院2015年4月—2021年4月门诊诊治的180例外耳道真菌病患者(其中双耳36例,共216耳)。将其随机分为对照组64耳,试验A组78耳和试验B组74耳。对照组予达克宁软膏纱条耳部换药;试验A组予碘伏耳浴后派瑞松软膏纱条耳部换药;试验B组予水杨酸酒精抑菌液及派瑞松软膏混合纱条耳部换药。比较三组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及不良反应症状改善时间。结果:试验A组与试验B组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但试验A组与试验B组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验A组与试验B组不良反应发生率高于对照组,且试验B组高于试验A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验A组、试验B组耳部疼痛、耳痒、耳部流水、耳闷及听力下降消失时间均短于对照组,且试验B组短于试验A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:派瑞松软膏在协同碘伏或2%水杨酸酒精抑菌液均可获得满意疗效,但派瑞松软膏联合水杨酸酒精抑菌液可改善真菌性外耳道炎患者临床症状。Objective:To observe the curative effect of three external application methods in the treatment of fungal external Otitis.Mechods:A total of 180 patients with fungal diseases of the external auditory canal admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2021 were selected(including 36 cases of bilateral ears,a total of 216 ears).They were randomly divided into control group(64 ears),test group A(78 ears)and test group B(74 ears).The control group was given Dakkening ointment gauze ear dressing;group A was treated with poisson ointment gauze ear dressing after iodophor ear bath;the experimental group B was treated with salicylic acid alcohol bacteriostatic liquid and pinisone ointment mixed gauze ear dressing.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and improvement time of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results:The total effective rate of group A and group B was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);while there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between group A and group B(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A and group B was higher than that in control group,and group B was higher than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of ear pain,ear itching,ear bleeding,ear tightness and hearing loss in the experimental group A and the experimental group B were shorter than those in the control group,and the experimental group B was shorter than the experimental group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pairuisong ointment in combination with iodophor or 2%salicylic acid alcohol bacteriostatic liquid can obtain satisfactory curative effect,but Pairuisong ointment combined with salicylic acid alcohol bacteriostatic liquid can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with fungal otitis externa.
