摘　　要：目的:探讨沙美特罗替卡松联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的疗效。方法:选取本院2019年3月—2021年3月就诊的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组实施沙美特罗替卡松治疗,观察组则实施沙美特罗替卡松+苏黄止咳胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果、炎性因子水平及复发情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为97.22%,高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月,观察组复发率为5.56%,低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。结论:沙美特罗替卡松联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效确切,可降低患者炎性因子水平,缓解临床症状,并延缓疾病复发,利于预后,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of salmeterol fluticasone combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods:A total of 72 patients with cough variant asthma who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone,and the observation group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone+Suhuang Zhike capsule.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor level and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of followup,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.56%,which was lower than 22.22%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salmeterol fluticasone propionate combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule is effective in the treatment of cough variant asthma.It can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,relieve clinical symptoms,delay the recurrence of the disease,and is beneficial to the prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application.
