摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿化毒散与利巴韦林治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎的效果。方法:选取2019年8月—2020年7月本院就诊的儿童流行性腮腺炎患儿62例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组给予利巴韦林泡腾颗粒治疗,观察组给予利巴韦林泡腾颗粒联合小儿化毒散,比较两组治疗效果、症状缓解用时及炎症因子水平(TNF-α、IL-6及CRP)。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腮腺肿痛缓解、退热消失用时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6及CRP水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取小儿化毒散联合利巴韦林泡腾颗粒治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎的效果确切,可促进症状改善,弱化炎性因子表达。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoer Huadu Powder and ribavirin in the treatment of children with mumps.Methods:A total of 62 children with mumps in our hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin effervescent granules,and the observation group was treated with ribavirin effervescent granules combined with Xiaoer Huadu Powder.The therapeutic effect,remission time of symptoms and levels of inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of parotid swelling pain relief and fever disappearance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoer Huadu Powder combined with ribavirin effervescent granules is effective in the treatment of mumps in children,which can promote the improvement of symptoms and weaken the expression of inflammatory factors.
