摘　　要：目的:探讨黄栀花口服液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2021年1月本院收治的80例急性上呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以利巴韦林治疗,观察组予以黄栀花口服液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分、炎症因子、中医症候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为96.30%,高于对照组的81.48%(P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、咽喉红肿、鼻塞评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平及中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:黄栀花口服液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染效果明显,可有效改善患儿临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Huangzhihua oral liquid on acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:A total of 80 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin,and the observation group was treated with Huangzhihua oral liquid.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,inflammatory factors,TCM symptom score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%,which was higher than 81.48%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of fever,cough,throat swelling and nasal obstruction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-8 and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Huangzhihua oral liquid on acute upper respiratory tract infection in children is obvious,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,with high safety.
