多维度协同护理在生脉注射液与丹参注射液配伍治疗肺癌晚期合并冠心病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨多维度协同护理在生脉注射液与丹参注射液配伍治疗肺癌晚期合并冠心病患者中的应用。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月本院收治的晚期肺癌合并冠心病患者90例,随机抽签分为对照组和观察组,各45例。两组均行生脉注射液与丹参注射液治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上行多维度协同护理,比较两组用药安全性、心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、每搏输出量(SV)]以及自护能力。结果:干预后,观察组LVEF、SV高于对照组,LVESD和LVEDD低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自护技能、自护责任感、自我概念以及健康知识水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组用药不良反应发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:多维度协同护理在生脉注射液与丹参注射液配伍治疗中可改善肺癌晚期合并冠心病患者心功能情况,提高其自护能力,有效降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the application of multidimensional collaborative nursing in the combination of Shengmai injection and Danshen injection in the treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 90 patients with advanced lung cancer complicated with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Shengmai injection and Danshen injection.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The medication safety,cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),stroke volume(SV)]and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,LVEF and SV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,LVESD and LVEDD were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of self-care skills,selfcare responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidimensional collaborative nursing in Shengmai injection and Danshen injection can improve the cardiac function of patients with advanced lung cancer complicated with coronary heart disease,improve their self-care ability,and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
