摘　　要：阳为一身之本,其盛衰在疾病的顺逆与生死存亡中常起决定性作用,在《伤寒论》中已有较全面的关于三阴病阳气来复病机的论述。然阳气来复成功与否与患者体质、机能状态、食物药物干预及脏腑生理特性等相关。三阴病有自愈候及欲愈候。阳气来复,阴证转阳,脏病还腑,疾病向愈,要善于把握阳气来复的契机。在治疗过程中若出现阳气来复的热化之征,需顺势而为,适当应用药物及时收敛阳气,助正达邪,切莫过度清泄阳气。但也要避免阳复太过,化生成热邪或者变生他证,此时则需按照张仲景“热者寒之”法则治之。同时附上不孕症验案,呈现阴证转阳病机在治疗过程中的变化规律并阐释其治疗契机。Yang is the root of the whole body, and its rise and fall often play a decisive role in the progression of disease and survival. In Shanghan Lun, there has been a more comprehensive understanding and discussion on the mechanism of the recurrence of yang qi. The success of the recovery of yang qi is related to the patient’s constitution, functional state, food and drug intervention and physiological characteristics of zang-fu organs. There is a desire for yin to heal. When yang qi comes and goes,yin syndrome turns into yang, zang diseases return to fu disease, we should be good at grasping the opportunity of yang qi coming and going. In the process of treatment, if there is a thermogenic sign of yang qi, it is necessary to take the trend, the application of drugs to timely convergence of yang qi, to help strengthen the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, do not excessive clearance of yang qi. But also avoid too much yang qi to turn into hot evil, which need to follow ZHANG Zhong-jing’s rule that treating heat with cold drug. At the same time, the infertility case is attached to present the change rule of yin syndrome to yang pathogenesis in the treatment process and explain its treatment opportunity.
