基于肠道菌群探讨从脾论治青光眼

摘　　要：中医治疗青光眼多从肝肾论治。近年来,诸多研究表明肠道菌群与青光眼之间具有相关性。免疫异常、微循环障碍、衰老是青光眼发生发展的重要因素,有研究表明肠道菌群可以通过以上机制影响青光眼进程。中医认为,肠道菌群属于脾系,两者功用相似。基于此,笔者从脾与人身之正气(免疫)、精血生成输布(微循环)、衰老的关系论证从脾治疗青光眼的可能性,并提出脾虚正气乏源、脾虚血亏不荣、脾虚血瘀水停、脾虚致衰的重要病机。故在今后青光眼的临床治疗中应当重视补脾之法。Traditional Chinese medicine treats glaucoma mostly from the liver and kidney. In recent years, many studies have shown that there is a correlation between intestinal flora and glaucoma. Immune abnormalities, microcirculation disorders and aging are important factors in the occurrence and development of glaucoma. Some studies have shown that intestinal flora can affect the process of glaucoma through the above mechanisms. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the intestinal flora belongs to the spleen system, and their functions are similar. Based on this, we demonstrates the possibility of treating glaucoma from the spleen from the relationship between the spleen and the body’s healthy qi, the generation and distribution of essence and blood, and aging. And we also point out that some pathologies play an important role in glaucoma, such as spleen deficiency causes lack of healthy qi, spleen deficiency causes blood loss and innutrition, spleen deficiency causes blood stasis and water stop and spleen deficiency causes accelerated aging. Therefore, we should pay attention to the method of tonifying the spleen in the clinical treatment of glaucoma in the future.
