摘　　要：文章旨在从体表-体表相关探讨针刺远道取穴对经筋病的临床意义。通过梳理古今医家学者们对经脉沟通体表-体表联系的临床观察,以及归纳总结其与“经脉所过,主治所及”的针刺远道取穴法的联系,发现了人体体表与体表之间存在上下内外特定联系的规律;针刺远道取穴是沟通人体体表-体表上下内外的重要依据,是提高经筋病临床疗效的重要因素;体表-体表相关体现了针刺远道取穴在治疗经筋病主要作用的规律和实质,对提高针灸临床疗效具有重要指导意义。The purpose of this paper is to explore the clinical significance of acupuncture for meridian-tendon diseases from the correlation between body surface-body surface.By combing the clinical observations of ancient and modern physicians and scholars on the connection between meridians and body surface,and summarizing the connection between meridians and the acupuncture method of distant acupoints,it is found that there is a specific relationship between the body surface-body surface.Acupuncture at distant acupoints is an important basis to communicate the body surface,up and down,inside and outside the body surface,and an important factor to improve the clinical curative effect of meridian-tendon diseases.The correlation between body surface-body surface reflects the law and essence of the main role of acupuncture in the treatment of meridian-tendon diseases,and has important guiding significance for improving the clinical curative effect of acupuncture.
