摘　　要：膜性肾病是临床常见的慢性肾小球肾炎之一,国医大师邹燕勤认为尽管膜性肾病临床症状表现较多,而且症状之间容易发生转化,但肾气不足始终为本病发病之本。环境毒邪伤肾,加之肺卫不固,常成为本病的诱因。湿、热、瘀等病理产物相互交阻蓄积于内,则是疾病缠绵难愈的重要原因。治疗上当以补肾为要,注意顾护脾胃,重视保护肺卫,避免外邪入侵,兼以清利湿热,活血化瘀。用药和缓,避免大补滋腻,戗伐伤正,配合饮食调摄,条畅情志,顺应天时。Membranous nephropathy is one of the chronic glomerulonephritis. Although patients have many clinical symptoms, and the symptoms are prone to change, ZOU Yan-qin, a great master of traditional Chinese medicine, believes that deficiency of kidney qi is the main cause of membranous nephropathy, the kidney injury cause by environmental toxins and the dysfunction of the lung with defensive qi are common inducements of the disease. Humidity, heat and blood stasis are the cause of disease lingering and difficult to heal. The treatments should focus on invigorating the kidney, protecting the spleen and stomach,paying attention to protect the lung with defensive qi, avoid the exogenous pathogens invading body, clearing away dampness and heat, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The use of medicine is mild, avoid the overuse of tonic and drugs with actions of eliminating pathogens which may injure the body, the treatment is supplemented with the adjustments of diet,emotions and the seasons or weathers.
