基于“脏腑别通”浅谈国医大师贺普仁针灸治疗咳嗽经验

摘　　要：文章从“脏腑别通”角度浅析国医大师贺普仁针灸治疗咳嗽的经验。咳嗽病位在肺,与五脏六腑功能失调均有关系,多种原因导致肺手太阴经脉气血瘀滞,肺气宣降失司而出现咳嗽。贺普仁主张肺与膀胱同调以达到宣肺降气止咳之目的,以肺经及膀胱经穴为主穴。重视针刺浅深,主张因病因人制宜,强调外感咳嗽初起宜浅刺,病久及内伤咳嗽宜深刺,老幼及体质弱者宜浅刺,肥胖及强壮者宜深刺。根据寒热虚实,或毫针微通,或放血拔罐强通,或火针、艾灸温通,重视补泻手法及治未病。This paper analyzes the experience of TCM master HE Pu-ren on acupuncture and moxibustion in treating cough from the theory of ‘Zangfu Bietong’. The cough is located in the lung, which is related to the dysfunction of all the Zang and Fu. A variety of reasons lead to taiyin lung meridians of hand qi and blood stasis, lung qi disturbance of diffusion and downbearing and cause coughing. HE Pu-ren advocates that lung and bladder are synchronized to achieve the purpose of relieving cough, with lung meridian and bladder meridian as the main acupoints. He pays attention to the shallowness and depth of acupuncture, and advocates appropriate measures depending on the condition of patients, emphasizing that shallow needling should be used at the beginning of exogenous cough, and deep needling should be used for cough with long illness and internal injury;the old and the young and the physically weak should be shallow pricking, fat and strong should be deep pricking. According to the deficiency and excess of cold and heat, or slight needling with filiform needles, or forced needling with bloodletting and cupping, or warm needling with fire needles and moxibustion, we should pay attention to reinforcing and reducing methods and treating diseases before they are cured.
