从遣方用药管窥国医大师薛伯寿临证组方特色

摘　　要：中医学治疗疾病特色是整体观念和辨证论治,在临床诊疗疾病时,重视因人、因时和因地治宜,理论实践相结合,勤求古训,博采众方。文章通过对薛伯寿教授数则临床案例首诊遣方用药的分析,总结其组方特色:抓主证,兼顾次证;崇经方,师古不泥;善合方,因证选方;调平衡,以“和”为法;保胃气,权衡补泻等多法合用,有机结合,组方严谨,灵活多变,相辅相成,体现了薛伯寿教授深厚的中医理论功底,以及驾轻就熟、古今合用、继承和发展相结合的组方技巧,为中医临床辨证论治及因证选方用药提供借鉴。TCM treatment of diseases is characterized by the holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases, it pays attention to the treatment of diseases according to physique of an individual, place and season of falling ill, combination theory with practice, and making a diligent effort to learn from previous traditional Chinese medicine experts and their academic strengths. In this article, based on the analysis of Chinese medical treatment and herbal prescription in first visit of several clinical cases of professor XUE Bo-shou, this paper summarized the characteristics of his prescription:grasping the main syndrome and giving consideration to the secondary syndrome, advocating the use of and not shackled by the classic formulas, being good at combined application of the various formulas according to the syndrome, regulating the balance of body functions by mediation, protecting stomach qi by weighing the advantages and disadvantages of nourishing or reducing methods and so on, which were used organically, rigorously and flexibly, and existed side by side and played a part together. It reflects professor XUE Bo-shou’s profound theoretical foundation of traditional Chinese medicine, as well as his superb making recipes skills of combining organically the ancient prescriptions with modern prescriptions, and inheritance with evelopment. These methods can be learned during Chinese medical treatment and herbal prescription.
