摘　　要：国医大师路志正教授从事临床80余载,临证尤擅风湿病的诊治,在儿科学方面亦颇有建树。对于小儿癫痫的治疗,路老提出“心肝郁热,痰湿阻滞”为小儿癫痫休止期的基本病机,并确立了“清心经之郁热,柔肝家之急,和脾胃之顺降”的总治疗原则。文章旨在总结分析其治疗小儿癫痫的学术经验,以供同道学习和参考。Professor LU Zhi-zheng, a TCM master, has been engaged in clinical practice for more than 80 years. He is good at the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatism. Additionally, professor LU makes a contribution for the treatment of pediatric disorders in TCM. Professor LU not only proposed ‘heart-liver depression-heat, phlegm-dampness blockage’ as the basic pathogenesis of resting period of children with epilepsy, but also established the general treatment principle of ‘heart-clearing meridian stagnation of heat, liver-softening homeurgent, and spleen and stomach-descending smoothly’. The purpose of this article is to summarize and analyze his academic experience of children with epilepsy for everyone to learn and reference.
