摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎属临床常见的难治性消化系统疾病之一,中医药治疗具有明显优势。徐景藩教授从医六十载,尤擅脾胃病诊治。徐老认为溃疡性结肠炎的病位在肠,与脾密切相关,病机总以脾虚生湿、运化失职为本;湿热血瘀、壅滞肠腑为要;土虚木乘、脾病及肾为变。临证须细察病机,充分把握“脾为枢机”的思想,以健脾祛湿为主要治则,参用凉血行瘀,同时重视扶脾抑肝、益脾温肾,从“运”“清”“疏”“补”四方面系统调治,兼顾全局,温清并用、补泻兼施,以恢复脾胃功能的协调安和。Ulcerative colitis is one of the common clinical refractory digestive system diseases, while TCM has obvious advantages in treating it. Professor XU Jing-fan had been in medicine for 60 years, and excelled in treating digestive-system diseases. It is believed that the location of UC is in the intestine and closely related to the spleen. The basic pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation, the key pathogenesis is dampness-heat and blood stasis obstructing intestines and viscera and the developmental pathogenesis is liver qi invading spleen and yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. In clinic, it is necessary to observe the pathogenesis carefully and the idea of ‘the spleen as pivot’ must be fully grasped. The main principle of treatment is invigorating the spleen and resolving dampness, accompanied by removing heat from blood to remove blood stasis, at the same time pay attention to liver-restraining, spleen-strengthening and kidney-warming, systemically regulating the functions of spleen including four aspects: Transport, remove, soothe and strengthen, and the overall situation being taken into account as well, together using warming and heat-clearing, tonifying and reducing method, to restore the harmony of spleen and stomach functions.
