摘　　要：文章介绍了刘红霞教授运用“药-针-罐”综合治疗模式治疗痤疮、带状疱疹中实热证的临床经验。对于肺胃蕴热证痤疮及肝火湿热证带状疱疹,刘红霞教授将中药辨证口服联合中医外治方法毫火针、拔罐治疗的综合治疗模式运用于痤疮、带状疱疹的治疗,以达到“开门祛邪、泻热解毒”的效果,简便易行,临床疗效显著。To summarize the clinical experience of LIU Hong-xia in the treatment of excess heat syndrome of acne and herpes zoster by comprehensive treatment of‘traditional Chinese medicine,milli-fire needle and cupping’therapy.For lung stomach heat accumulation syndrome of acne and liver fire damp heat syndrome of herpes zoster,LIU Hong-xia applies a comprehensive treatment model of oral Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine external treatment such as milli-fire acupuncture and cupping to treat acne and herpes zoster,in order to‘open the door to dispel the evil,drain fire and resolve toxin’,which is simple and easy to carry out,and the curative effect is remarkable.
